So we have started the booking process. Please know we have a 7 week backlog and are trying our best to get everyone an appointment in a timely manner. Each stylist is handling their own bookings so please be patient with them. Because we are only allowed one client at a time, we can no longer double book. In saying that the amount of people we can get in a normal working day has been cut in half. Also we need to allow extra time in between each client for cleaning our area and equipment. If you do not hear from your stylist by next week please reach out. We may not of had your phone number or accidentally missed you. Some measures may seem extreme compared to your normal visits. However, this will be our new normal and we want to keep everyone as safe as possible.

- PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR STYLIST TO CALL OR TEXT YOU PRIOR TO ENTERING BUILDING.
- MASKS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASE BRING ONE WITH YOU. (STYLIST WILL BE WEARING A MASK)
- PLEASE USE RESTROOM WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND WASH YOUR HANDS FOR 20 SECONDS.
- ONLY ONE PERSON, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, PER STYLIST IN THE BUILDING AT A TIME. CHILDREN WITH AN APPOINTMENT MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY ONE ADULT.
- NEED PRODUCTS?? PLEASE ASK YOUR STYLIST.
- FEELING SICK OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE WITH COVID??? If so, PLEASE RESCHEDULE.
- PLEASE KNOW THERE MAY BE A PRICE INCREASE TO SOME SERVICES. WE MAY BE USING MORE PRODUCT AND HAVE ADDED EXPENSES TO HELP KEEP YOU AND THE STYLIST AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE.
